Ocaņa was a painter and was one of those qualified protagonists living in the seventies in Barcelona. Subject-wise I was interested in creating an intermittent portrait, interrupted by what I shall call, if you will, "the provocation of the memory". Ocaņa, in his home, talks to us of his life and at the same time, intermittently, we see the world that streams from his subconscious. So, by means of the use of travestism on a dramatic level, which originates with the Iberian freak but in a certain way is also close to modern theories arising grom street theatre, we reconstruct his visions concerning the death cult or the fetishism of religious images. I have added to these intermittent scenes others that belong to his "vital release" as I would like to talk of his creative univers.
