One day, in a skid-row bar where heÉs gone just to
have a drink, Mario sees how a fascinating blonde throw
a wad of money at her pimp and then storm out of the bar.
The pimp comes and sits next to Mario and buys him a
drink. His name is Ortega and he lives with the blonde.
She works for him but what he really likes are Arab boys
and lives with her only to take her money.
Mario goes to incredible lenghts to know her. She tells
him that she works in a classy brothel and he arranges
with his friend García, who makes pornographic photo-novels,
for her to start in one of them. So Mario and the blonde
begin a passionate but short-lived romance. Mario leaves
his wife and lives only for the blonde; they plan a future
together, but her carrer as a photo-model takes off. She
leaves him because she wonÉt compromise for anything.
Mario suffers terribly, but he starts to rebuild his
life writing the story of the blonde at the bar.
